The Master Data Manager is used to manage personal master data. The Master Data Manager can be used stand-alone or to make this data available to other NLC applications.
The basis of the application is unchangeable data of a natural person, such as date of birth and name. Any number of categories of personal data can be appended to the base master and can be used. This structure takes into account the “Privacy by Design” rule and thus one of the central provisions of the GDPR. In the standard version of the NLC App, address information, contact information, bank data, contract data and loan data, as well as links to other natural persons (e.g. relatives) and organizational assignments (e.g. position) and events (appointments) have already been created.
The Master Data Manger enables maintenance and administration, including time-based delimitation (validity and history) of personal data. The scope of services includes a freely configurable view of the data, the so-called business card, in order to be able to group relevant information appropriately for the user.
The personal data can be easily and securely used in point-in-time and period-based reports and graphical evaluations via No-Coding. The integrated authorization management of the NLC Platform enables comprehensive protection against unauthorized access. As an NLC app, the Master Data Manager can be extensively customized and extended. The authorization-supported reporting and analysis capability grows with the user.
